Games for Learning Institute

BxmC's own Carl Skelton and Katherine Isbister are working with Joel Wein (NYU-Poly Computer Science faculty) as part of the NYU Games for Learning Institute, which is directed by Ken Perlin (NYU Courant InstituteMedia Research Lab) and Jan Plass (NYU Steinhardt Educational Technology Program).

Other participating researchers include Steve Feiner (Columbia University Computer Graphics and User Interface Laboratory), Mary Flanagan (Tiltfactor/Dartmouth), and a growing list of others.

g4li's first three years of operation are sponsored by Microsoft Research, with co-sponsorship by participating schools.
